Bob Merberg, author of The Health Seeker's Handbook,  has used innovative coaching models to help self improvers break through to their goals for more than 15 years. He is a faculty member for Wellcoaches Corporation, a graduate of Coach University, and holds a Master’s degree in Exercise Science and Community Health. Carolyn Schallom is a soon-to-be graduate of Saint Louis University where she studies History, Political Science, and Spanish. She is in the beginning stages of a writing and translation career, which is what she wishes to pursue full-time upon graduation. Her travel (combined with study) experience is extensive in Europe, especially in Spain. Other hobbies and interests include reading, practicing Spanish, exercise (especially walking the dog) and long conversations about almost any imaginable topic.

Catherine Fiscella, MSPT, is a licensed physical therapist and certified personal trainer in New Hampshire. She is the writer/choreographer of the fitness video “Keeping Fit in Your Fifties” and has been featured in SHAPE Magazine’s monthly column, Target Training.

Charles Baker is a husband, a father, a teacher, and a writer from Coquitlam, British Columbia, Canada. His poetry and prose have been published both in print journals and online for children and adults, and he is currently a weekly columnist ("GET!") for Universal Personality. Corinna Underwood is an international freelance writer from the UK. Ron Callari is a American freelance journalist and editorial cartoonist who spends the bulk of his time writing articles pertaining to travel, op-ed, and humor. Sharon L. Secor, of Secor’s Writing Service, is a single mother and freelance writer living in upstate New York.
